When will you receive your refund?
You will receive the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products and positive verification of your shipment by us.
How will you get your money back?
We will refund the funds in the same way that you used to pay for the order or in the manner indicated in the withdrawal form.
If you paid for the order to the courier upon delivery, we will refund the funds to the account number provided in the return form
WARNING! The refund is subject to the price of the returned products, we do not refund shipping costs.
Returned products should be sent at your own expense - we do not accept COD shipments.
Only factory-sealed products (without damaged protective foil) may be returned.
